Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Flight Resume, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2. Accounts

You may maintain one account per person. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

When using Flight Resume, you must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the service in an automated way without our permission.
• Share your login credentials with others, or allow others to access your account.

4. Not an official aviation record

Flight Resume is a career and digital logbook tool. It is not a substitute for official Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) logbooks, or for any other regulator’s official records or compliance systems.

You remain responsible for meeting any licensing, logging, and regulatory requirements that apply to you.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Flight Resume may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider on a recurring basis until cancelled.

You can cancel a subscription according to the options available in your account billing settings. If a payment fails or a subscription ends, access to paid features may be limited or removed.

6. Public profiles and resumes

If you make your profile or resume public, content you choose to share may be visible to anyone with the link.

If your account settings are set to private, that content should not be visible to other users or the public through Flight Resume’s public pages.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time using the account tools we provide, or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or create risk for FlightResume or other users.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Flight Resume is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy of calculated totals, or any particular career outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlightResume is not liable for career outcomes, hiring decisions, regulatory findings, or loss of data beyond reasonable efforts to protect and restore information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
